As one of the TOP distributors in FillerUP club, I’m as shocked as anyone to find out they’ve closed their doors!  I hope additional information will be forthcoming, but here’s the official notice from the Club:

We regret to inform you the FillerUpClub is forced to close its doors for business due to a major theft.

An email is being sent to all members explaining in detail the recent turn of events.

In short, a business partner has chosen to sequester approximately $500,000 and refuse to allow access or reveal the whereabouts. We had hoped to recover the funds and continue with business as usual, but after much effort to communicate with the individual (who is now in jail on a seperate conviction) it has become clear he is not cooperating. At least not yet. He has been given until the close of business on Friday to cooperate or we will be forced to take action. We will be fully cooperating with all State or local authorities here in Texas in this matter. As many of you who were subscribed through Alertpay have noticed, your membership has been cancelled. This action was performed by us to prevent any more monthly charges. Our top priority will be recovering these funds and refunding each and every person who purchased a Certificate in the FillerUpClub.
I deeply regret having to close the FillerUpclub. This is being done on the advice of a lawyer who also says we need to have full disclosure with our customers as to the past and current events, as well as future events as they unfold. We will have more information available for you tomorrow (Friday) as we approach the deadline issued to the individual responsible for withholding money belonging to the FillerUpClub.
